AN AIR FRYER whizz has revealed how she makes a delicious beef stew in just 30 minutes.

Stew is often a dish you have to prep in the morning in a slow cooker - but if you suddenly crave one in the evening then Jen's quick recipe is just the ticket.

Posting the easy recipe on TikTok, Air Fry Jen, from Durham, England shared how to recreate it in just 30 minutes.

She first browned off the beef in a pan on the hob.

Jen then transferred carrots and broccoli and sprouts into the air fryer dish.

You can also use a silicone liner to make cleaning up easier or if you don't have a two-tray system like Jen.

She then adds the browned beef on top with gravy granules and stew seasoning before adding water.

Jen puts the air fryer onto the roasting setting at 180 degrees and lets it cook for 30 minutes.

The final results show a delicious stew, perfect for winter evenings.

Jen suggested serving the stew alongside some mashed potato for a classic winter dinner.

In another video, Jen revealed how to cook her version of a Greggs sausage & Bean melt... without the sausage.

Jen rolled out the pastry and cut it into four equal pieces.

Then, she took one piece and put a spoonful of beans directly into the middle to create the start of the filling.

She also revealed a simple trick is to pat the beans down with a spoon so that they spread out.

Next, Jen added a generous layer of cheese – she’d chosen red leicester – over the top.

Once the filling is inside, simply put the other equal piece of pastry on top, creating a sandwich.

Then, gently press each of the pieces of puff pastry together and take a fork to seal them up at the sides.

The final step before popping it into the Air Fryer is to put an egg wash onto each pastry pocket.

Lastly, put the bake into the kitchen gadget at 170 degrees on bake mode for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.

Once the bakes are ready, they should be golden brown on the outside and warm and gooey in the middle.
