Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes are the former co-hosts of ‘GMA3: What You Need To Know’ along with Jennifer Ashton. Amy and Jennifer began the daytime ‘GMA’ spin-off amidst the coronavirus pandemic in March 2020, with T.J. joining them that September. Before that, Amy had been a correspondent on ‘GMA’ before becoming co-anchor in 2014. T.J. also joined the show in 2014 alongside Amy.

Amy and T.J.’s on-screen chemistry had been long apparent to viewers. In November 2022, photos surfaced of them looking quite cozy on various occasions in New York City off-screen, too. That same day, it was reported that the two had been separated from their respective spouses for months. After two days on-air together following the news breaking, they were pulled from the show due to brimming controversy — ultimately departing the show for good on Jan. 27, 2023. The journalists have attended a number of events together over the years for work and they ran the NYC marathon together in 2022.
