According to a new report, Justin Bieber is fulfilling his mission to have sex with beautiful women.

An insider tells Us Weekly that Bieber hooked up with Adriana Lima at the Cannes Film Festival last week, as the artist headed straight toward the model at once she caught his eye at a party on May 20.
