Liam Gallaghers fans crash Adidas website chasing his limited-edition trainers The Sun
ADIDAS’s website crashed as fans clamoured to bag a pair of Liam Gallagher’s limited-edition trainers yesterday.
Fans desperate to own a pair of the £99.95 off-white suede LG SPZLs snapped-up all the stock within minutes of them going on sale.

Many were left disappointed after being repeatedly kicked out of an online waiting room to buy the sneakers - limited to one pair per transaction - as the site went down.
Sales were delayed as IT staff worked to root out bot programmes used by touts intent on buying up multiple pairs to sell at a profit.
One disappointed buyer said on Facebook: “Got into the waiting room and then the site went down. Happened three times!”
Within minutes of the shoes being released they began to appear on ebay for more than three times their original value.
Fans queued up for hours outside the few stores which sold the footwear, based on the Padiham Spzl, a cult trainer among Adidas fans.

In Leicester fans waited outside Well Gosh, where the £99 trainers went on sale.
Jacob Handley, 24, travelled from Chesterfield for the event and said: "I love Liam Gallagher, so it's a no brainer.
"I'm definitely keeping them, I won't sell them. It's something to keep hold of, it will be one to look back at in the future."
The former Oasis frontman – who founded his own fashion label Pretty Green – followed in the footsteps of Kanye West and Pharrell Williams by collaborating with the German sportwear brand.
In a video posted on his Instagram last week, the man behind the line, Gary Aspden, delivered the first pair of trainers to Liam backstage at his gig in Hackney in June.

Unpacking the trainers - which have a picture of Gallagher on the tongue - Liam says “That is f**kin’ bad, man. Love the white sole.”
The star summed up the footwear by saying: “Best looking motherf**ker on the planet, best looking trainer on the planet.”
Gary said: "Liam gave comments on each sample until the final version which we held off on showing him until we presented them to him for the first time backstage at his gig in Hackney.
"We filmed that moment as we wanted to capture his honest reaction. Anyone who has worn the three stripes loyally for as long as he has will understand that excitement."
