Rihanna has taken to Instagram to discuss a topic far more important than her split from Drake.

The singer is reaching out to the public in the hopes that someone can help her find Shirlene Quigley.

A 32-year-old backup dancer who has performed with such stars as Beyonce, Rihanna, Missy Elliott and Jamie Foxx, Quigley has gone missing.

She was last seen getting on a bus at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City at approximately 1 a.m. on Sunday and Rihanna is urging anyone with information on her to notify the North Bergen Police Department in New Jersey.

“This beautiful soul, and former dancer of mine is MISSING!!!” says Rihanna, adding:

“My heart aches thinking of how heavy this is on all who love her!

In the video above, Quigley talks to the camera about being kinder to one another.

“Imagine if we treated each other like we all really came from the same family,” she says.

“I know people probably think I’m crazy because I’m always telling everyone ‘I love you! I love you!’ Because the minute that I meet somebody I do love them because I know in my heart and in my spirit that that’s my brother and my sister, that’s my neighbor.

“If I make a connection, a relationship whether it be one minute, one year or the rest of my life, if you are in my life, I love you.”

Elliott also used the power of social media to request assistance in tracking down Quigley.

“URGENT Message*** PLEASE If anyone has seen or heard from Shirlene Quigley @shirlenequigley please contact the North Bergen police 201-392-2100.!!!” she wrote as the caption to an Instagram photo.

“She was last seen Saturday night around 12:55 AM at Port Authority. She was wearing a pink jacket and 3-4 inch heels. The police have her phone.

“At this time a police report has been filed. If you have any information please come forward. Please share and help us find her!!

“#shirlenequigley amazing SWEET CARING SPIRIT who is LOVED by MANY! I NEED YALL TO REPOST get this info out there! Please help with any information.”

Quigley residences alone in North Bergen and teaches dance at Peridance Capezio Center and Broadway Dance Center in Manhattan.

Her father grew worried about his daughter after she failed to call him Sunday evening, as she does nearly every night.

Police later found her cell phone at a bridal store in Chelsea, New York.

Quigley’s dad said his child made a strange comment to her friend recently, something along the lines of: “Get ready, it’s about to happen and I’m going to need you to sub for me.”

Quigley’s dance career took off when she was featured as a backup dancer in Beyoncé’s 2003 “Crazy In Love” music video.

She also played a critical role in Rihanna’s “S.O.S.” music video and danced in several of her shows.
